The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 45-year-old Stewart McLean, who was officially reported missing on May 18, 2026. Authorities say there is growing concern for his health and well-being as efforts continue to locate him safely.

Stewart McLean, a resident of Lions Bay, British Columbia, was last seen on May 15, 2026. Investigators say he frequently traveled between Lions Bay and Vancouver for work, but he has not been seen or heard from since that date. The RCMP has since launched an active missing person investigation under file number 26-3826.

McLean is described as 45 years old, standing approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing around 150 pounds. He has grey hair and blue eyes.

The disappearance has sparked concern within both the local community and Vancouver’s film industry, where McLean is reportedly well known. Friends, colleagues, and community members have begun sharing information online in hopes of helping investigators locate him and bring him home safely.
